如題
小弟最近在減脂
建議都是吃到體重乘與兩公斤的肉
可是小弟腸胃不是很好
不吃太多菜的話很容易便秘
所以都會配合蠻多蔬菜的
但是小弟現在減了10公斤後
發現食量大不如前
最近要吃到體重兩倍的蛋白質很拼
每次都吃到懷疑人生
想說要不要增加乳清的量減少痛苦
基本上每天會吃300克的牛肉
跟300克的魚肉 海鮮 或雞肉
各類疏菜會吃到700克以上
加上會吃綜合維他命
營養素應該不缺
那在這個前提下
能增加乳清的攝取量
減少吃肉量嗎
還有增加的話極限是多少呢
麻煩各位大大給點意見
