不想吃外面的肉
也不想喝市售豆漿 牛奶
越來越不相信台灣廠商賣的東西了
早餐: 穀片 + 乳清蛋白加水
中餐: 白飯 + 青菜 + 蛋
晚餐: 白飯 + 青菜 + 乳清蛋白加水
適時添加水果
這樣ok嗎?
