乳清蛋白的鈉含量 - 健身

市面上好多品牌
網路上更多,討論的人也很多,但我沒有找到有在討論鈉含量的
大多都乳清蛋白一份差不多25克左右的蛋白質,但同時負擔的鈉含量每份從有看到有些只
有30 40 到兩百多毫克的都有(我是看低熱量的)
請問,這麼高的鈉含量......
這樣喝,不會造成負擔嗎?還是大家不擔心這點???
順便求推薦:低鈉然後每單位蛋白質最划算的選擇
