假設400公克的雞腿肉
脂肪約28G
平常都是乾煎後直接吃
煎完之後逼出來的油則是直接倒掉
我今天非常無聊的把逼出來的油秤了重量
居然高達15~20克
假設用最低值來15克計算
這部分的油需要扣除嗎
題外問一個問題
感覺雞腿肉乾煎比水煮更能逼油.....嗎??
單純覺得單煎可以逼出好多油
可是水煮好像還好
