二頭的訓練? - 健身

練二頭時大部分隔天酸痛的地方是靠近關節處,
二頭的隆起中點處有痠痛感的機會相對較少,請問是動作問題嗎?
會做的動作有立姿慢彎舉(20lb),斜板啞鈴慢彎舉(17lb),
最後再用集中彎舉(14lb)收尾,大概每各動作都會做個5-6rm 各五組
最後做到沒力為止
動作都是手臂打直(垂直地面)然後向前三角位置彎起,
雖然酸痛靠關節處比較有二頭肌範圍變大的感覺,但是我也想要又高又尖的二頭,
請前輩們指教 謝謝
