這個網頁有股四頭肌強度測試
因為之前慢跑膝蓋有點受傷, 醫師說要鍛鍊一下四頭肌
但是在上面的網頁測試一下我的股四頭肌強度還不錯,
沒有很努力撐, 不過覺得撐到優應該是不難
但是有疑問的地方是, 背能不能靠到牆壁?
背如果有靠到牆壁, 那好像可以撐非常久說...
不知是怎麼測才准..
