噢,就是
小妹我前天在家第一次做伏地挺身
盡量要求動作標準
所以一組都無法超過10個......~.~而且超累!!!!
大概做了5到6組
昨天(也就是做完的隔天)只感覺到胸大肌和三頭肌很酸很緊
結果今天背擴肌(噢我不確定那是不是背擴肌 總之就是腋下"脅"的部位連接到背後那一段)
(就是...跟做lat pulldown做得很認真時會酸到的部位重疊很大)
超級痠!
已經到了痛的境界了.....
伏地挺身不是只有練到胸肌跟三頭肌嗎?還是我動作不標準?
