請問板上有無帶家中長輩運動的經驗?
家父年近五十五 眼睛曾經開過刀 一年前胃出血住過院
年輕的時候完全沒有運動習慣
5年前體力最好的時候還勉強可以 滿月圓--北插 來回8小時
最近體力突然下滑很多
晚上吃飽飯就很想睡覺 勉強拉出去散步約末1500公尺就不行了
請問在這種情況下該怎麼進行簡單的運動
現在我頂多只敢帶父親做個簡單的暖身操和飯後散個步
可是 光每天散步似乎無法改善體能很多
一個月來臉色還是很顯疲憊
我真的很擔心
很希望能夠藉由運動改善 但又怕會過度
昨天多走個1000公尺 今天就說屁股那邊好像有點扭到?
真是太棘手 我現在感覺有點洩氣 = =
請教板上有經驗的大大給點建議 感謝!
