我的手不像腿一樣常常使用所以力量明顯低很多,
不管是模擬臥推動作舉啞鈴還是舉空槓都抖抖抖,
在感受到胸部用力之前,手臂就已經使不上力了,
最後學教練稍微把背整個拱起來才比較感覺得到,
而且我舉的是女用空槓,看來負重之路還很遙遠。
