今天如常在學校的健身房嘶吼吶喊還有滴蠟油 (騙人的)
就是如常的在做自己的菜單
然而坐在旁邊休息時
前面有一個人躺在橫板上
先把啞鈴放在自己的肚子上
然後把啞鈴往上游離身體十公分以上
之後放開!!!!!
就這樣持續的把啞鈴落在自己的肚子上
然後在落在肚子的時候同時用力
請問各位先進
他是在做甚麼神祕的武功 或是真有此法可以練腹肌
小的才疏學淺 還不知道有這麼激進的方法啊 ~~?

順道在此感謝要我在訓練前大吃特吃 阿 不是 是吃點東西的板大
現在運動起來不但更健康有力 更不會暈倒耶! :D
