如題 剛買了之前熱門的10㎏啞鈴回家....
然後才想到 如果在家照平常在重訓室練習的方式
也要先10分鐘的熱身嗎? 因為附近車水馬龍 要跑步似乎有點...orz
還是可以直接開始呢? 感謝高手指點
