從開始有運動+飲食控制瘦身
默默從57公斤~降至45-46公斤
一共花了10個月
到目前為止,已屆滿2年XD
值得高興的是,
沒有像以前亂減肥而導致又復胖的情況
今天分享自己午餐的其中一道菜
料理起來相當簡單~
絲瓜是一個很好食物~
首先 它是低GI 低熱量的蔬菜
膳食纖維也相當高~很適合減重時食用
富含許許多多的維生素~也能幫助排水哦!
