前幾天在各大版都有看到在轉錄 台大某主任瘦身成功的新聞
搞不好我心癢癢也好想要試試看他的方式
新聞中提起,他靠的是先吃蛋白質。
而他的「代謝減肥」方式在關鍵30天是餐餐都要有蛋白質,先吃蛋白質目的在於啟動消化
酵素,且每餐蛋白質與蔬果的比率要設定在蛋白質占4成、蔬菜水果占6成。

文中提起的"先"吃 "後"吃,我真的不知道怎麼拿捏。
他的意思是蛋白質離開口腔後,就可以吃澱粉、蔬果、糖類嗎...?
還是像分食法那樣
每餐澱粉與蛋白質不能相遇Q___Q
