令人沮喪的基代 - 健身

開始做運動一個月了
一週運動四天
兩天鄭多燕墊上操
一天快走(1hr)
一天瑜伽
開始運動前都沒有去量體脂跟基代
運動一個月後...也就是前天
去康是美量的數值如下...
年齡25
身高156
體重 45
BMI 18.49
體脂肪 23.6%
基礎代謝1067
這數字好難看...
我想提高我的基代至少到1200
是不是運動量還不夠?
另外這樣的基代 三餐究竟要怎麼分配?
這麼少的基代真不知道要怎麼吃...
PS.以前從來沒有隨便節食,
所以應該不是因為節食造成基代越來越低
然後根據我兩年前跟四年前量的結果
好像我的基代是兩年會下降100卡...
請問我該怎麼調整運動跟飲食呢 = =
