開始運動至今將近1個月,
原本每天都要1-2杯鮮奶茶,已經戒掉了,
改喝水,一天2500左右。
午餐便當原本可以吃光,現在分成午餐、晚餐各吃一半。
每天去慢跑大約20~25分鐘。
利用上廁所時間在廁所做15下扶地挺身& LUNGE 3分鐘。<--這有用嗎?
下雨天會在家裡跳一片鄭多燕或亞鈴30分鐘。
1個月下來體重跟體脂完全沒變啊~~~(大哭)
每天早上秤體重都覺得好失落,
昨天開始興起不想繼續跑的念頭了..
可以給我繼續下去的理由嗎?
