今天運動的時候跟一個阿伯小聊了一下
他有提到以前健身運動和乳清還沒那麼普及的時候
大家要額外補充蛋白質 用的都是黃豆粉
由於我本身和乳清會炸痘
每天啃雞胸也啃到略感厭世
聽到阿伯這樣講 彷彿看到了一點希望
不過黃豆的生物利用率沒乳清那麼好(60幾%)
是不是如果用黃豆粉代替乳清的話
要把量拉到兩倍左右才恰當?
