原PO有固定運動習慣 但是其實不太愛跑步...
不知道是不是跟調不好持緒呼吐有關
總覺得爬山.騎單車其他有養都不會那麼喘...
目前有跑步的日子都很偷懶 跑步機跑個30MIN或 操場4KM跑個25MIN左右就收工
跑完也不會太累 但是就覺得跑步的程當下真的不算舒服
可是嚴格說來心裡其實一直很羨慕操場上可以耐心長跑的大叔說...
新的一年想說不要這麼怠墮好了 既然單車9月多去挑戰花東行
那看看順便有沒有辦法在年底時練到可以跑半馬的實力
所以 想問問這邊有在路跑的前輩 該怎麼規劃訓練課程
原PO也有針對全身練重訓
腿部的部份除了大腿肌群股4頭肌.股2頭肌.臀大肌及小腿肌群等
還有需加強那部分嗎
PS.體重跟訓練有很直接的關係嗎 年後變胖打回原形狂被健身房的老闆唸
說至少要瘦10KG 才能跑完半馬 >"< (原PO 152CM 約65KG)
