大叔不年輕了,年紀已破45歲,平常喜歡騎公路車,
也會上健身房重訓,不過還是以騎車為主,我的身高
179cm、體重69kg,體脂目測15%(之前量inbody顯示
6%,嚴重懷疑機器壞了)。
因為常騎車,如果以一個星期的量來算,大概可以額
外消耗5000kcal左右,所以對於吃的東西會比較沒有
顧忌,雖然沒有什麼顧忌,但油炸類很少吃,也不太
喜歡吃太油、太鹹的食物,飲食算是清淡的,只是騎
車常會想要吃醣類,麵包、糕點之類的,或是水果之
類,平時蛋白質會由乳清、雞胸肉、豆腐、魚、蛋、
豬來補充,吃的量也不算少,一天至少有100g以上。
前幾天去捐血,今天看到報告,裡面的膽固醇欄位,
總膽固醇202(超標了),低密度膽固醇100(在標準內)
,是我的飲食出了什麼問題嗎??以為自己運動量大
,膽固醇應該會在標準內,結果並不是如此。
另一個指標『糖化血色素』,數值為5.8,也超標了,
說明欄位顯示:懷疑糖尿病前期、高風險群
是我醣類吃得太多了嗎?而且都選擇精緻醣類?
有時騎完自行車,吃完正餐後,過幾個小時,還可
以吃下整條土司,真懷礙我的胃怎麼裝得下?
閒聊這麼多,一直以為自己常運動、健身,飲食就
沒有很特別在意,年紀大了看來行不通了,除了運動
外,飲食看來也要控制一下了,順便去找找很久沒去
看診的家醫科,想聽聽醫生的建議看法!
