以燕麥取代白米飯? - 減肥

本身是上班族
但是上班時間是中午12-晚上8點
每天都是買早餐店的早餐帶去公司吃
下午4.5點左右就會餓了
但是公司附近沒有吃的 也不能出去買
所以我都會帶蘋果或是地瓜 偶爾麵包來墊肚
晚上下班回家大概8:30-9點
會吃家裡的飯菜,大概2.3樣菜+肉
不過因為吃的時間比較晚了
正在考慮是不是能夠把白飯換成燕麥
或是早餐換成吃燕麥?
一天大概就是吃兩餐而已
不曉得會不會營養很不均衡@_@
減肥吃的佔70%
我姊姊自從開始吃素整個人瘦超多...
好想跟她一樣,但是我不可能吃素QQ
為了長期抗戰考量
我也不想太誇張的控制飲食 會很容易放棄
所以目前只想到一餐的主食把白米換成燕麥
