仰臥起坐 - 健身

作了一陣子仰臥起坐 有兩個常見問題想問一下各位
問題一:
就是大家做仰臥起坐時 (我是瑜珈墊) 有時後會不會
上半身起來時 感覺屁股中間上面一點的骨頭會撞到地板
幾次下來就會覺得骨頭不舒服(好硬) 可是瑜珈墊應該是夠厚了...
問題二:
同樣是上半身起來時 會不會感覺到下巴那邊的肌肉
感覺跟腹部同時都在做運動..
會偷偷用力用很多XD 長期下來 我怕會對下巴不好
最近都會提醒自己下巴要放鬆 這應該是正常現象嗎?
