想請問一下大家有關健身腳踏車的問題
目前我大約騎一個月每天大約騎30分鐘,時速 24KM以上
阻力的話公司這台是用轉的,大約轉到2/3以上吧
想請問的是
接下來要增加強度(體重一直不肯變成兩位數)
是先拉長時間,還是增加時速,還是增加阻力效果會比較好呢?
