護膝的必要性 - 健身

正在跟從事醫療相關的朋友聊天,他知道我現在有在跑步以及踩健身車之
後,非常堅持一定要我穿上護膝。
因為膝蓋一旦受傷就沒辦法復原了,現今的醫療技術也不救不回受傷的膝
蓋。
不過剛剛翻討論串,看到其中一種說法是:沒有受傷的情況下,使用護膝
會使膝蓋附近的肌群發展不起來,反而容易受傷。
其實我分不出來我的膝蓋有沒有受傷,運動完膝蓋不舒服會不會很明顯。
我只能確定我的腳踝以前常常扭到。orz
跑步跟踩健身車穿護膝會比較好的話,我就要去藥局買了,藥局的應該就
夠用了才對。@@

提外話,我今天一口氣跑了八百公尺耶。對很多人來說八百很短啦,可是
我剛踏進運動世界開始跑操場的時候,連一百都跑不太動,跑個一百就覺
得很喘。體力進步了心情就很好。XD
