對於仰臥起坐板有點心動
不知道弧形的還是直板的好? 哪種適合捲腹呢?
看網路上聽說弧形的脊椎比較容易受傷?
請各位大大給點建議
目前肚子一塊肌謝謝指教
PS:好期待門上槓跟伏力挺身器的到來..網購真是罪惡
