私以為對於溫度的忍受程度屬於"Fitness"的範疇,故在此發問,若不相符請告知刪文,

我本身非常的怕熱,只要室溫到28以上,就算坐著看FB也會滿身大汗。所以冷氣幾乎是
夏天24小時開啟。
但快畢業了,以後電費就是自己出了(?) 所以想想辦法提高自己的抗熱屬性。
在網路上搜尋到的資訊,幾乎都是在大太陽底下慢跑。
另外有查到人體的耐熱能力主要是看熱休克蛋白的數量,而提高熱休克蛋白數量的
方法是讓人體接受非致命性的高溫刺激。
想問的問題如下 :
1. 將體溫提高到幾度才是有效而且不危險的訓練呢?
2. 如果只是提高人體的溫度,但坐三溫暖的烤箱、泡溫泉或者穿一堆衣服吃火鍋之類的方
案是否可行呢?
3. 有什麼需要注意或者可以分享一下經驗的嗎?
