一些跑步的問題 - 健身

過年後胖了好多所以決定開始邊聽音樂邊慢跑
因為聽說聽音樂可以比較持久~~
大概從三四月開始晚上十點多在學校的操場間隔一天跑一次
因為有晚上比較有空去跑><
一開始都可以跑到一小時(大概30分時會休息個五分鐘)
不過漸漸的感覺無法跑得比一開始快,也無法持久
所以現在就改成每天跑15~20分鐘走5分鐘,這樣循環總共差不30~40分鐘
如果感覺當天許可就會繼續跑到一個小時
體重也有慢慢的在下降,穿衣服什麼的也都感覺到有瘦
但是這幾天跑步的時候開始覺得有點累而且跑不太動,呼吸也容易喘
去精華區有看到所謂的撞牆期,但是像是在講長跑
請問這種狀況要怎麼解決呢><
