仰臥起坐時拿啞鈴 - 健身

做一般的仰臥起坐覺得強度不夠
所以最近都雙手各拿一個啞鈴來增加阻力
因為啞鈴拿著貼近身體 是不怕掉下來砸傷的危險
但有點怕這樣會不會有傷害脊椎之類的反效果?
