如題
其實是跟減肥有關的問題
我的肚子很大顆
平常都會跑操場(10-15圈)
+伏地挺身(50起跳)+仰臥起坐(50起跳)
(狀況還可以的話有一天都100過)
大約持續了3個月
這三個月體重大約只降了5公斤
身體感覺有結實些
肚子也有變小一點
但是肚子變小應該是因為我跑步吧?
肚子很大來做仰臥起坐
是會整個肚子練成腹肌還是肚子會變小?
我怕一直把數量往上加以後肚子沒變小
反而整塊顆都變成腹肌
我想穿下複胖前買的褲子
