晚間運動完要不要喝水 - 美體

如題~
因為生活作息的關係
通常都是晚上10點運動到11點
下雨就 騎腳踏車45分鐘~
晴天就 操場快走45分鐘~
各搭配5~10分鐘的收操
每次運動完口都好渴 可是時間晚了 喝水是不是會水腫呀?
如果要喝的話 大概可以喝多少呢???
