各位大家好
最近做伏地挺身遇到了一些瓶頸
對於伏地挺身有幾個疑問想來版上求解
Q1: 平地做伏地挺身的重量,是否為體重的三分之二?
(以手肘90度為基準點)
Q2: 手的寬度是否與重量成正比?
Q3: 若腳放在離地約40~50公分的椅子上,重量約是體重的多少?
Q4: 如果伏地挺身想要負重來達到重訓效果,何種方式較恰當?
還請各位版大在幫小弟解惑~~
