最近覺得體脂有點高所以想開始運動
去了家裡附近的小型健身房想練TRX和重量訓練
到目前為止大約一個月的時間,體脂似乎沒什麼變化但身體似乎有結實一點
朋友給了WOR** G*M的體驗卷,一進去銷售員就跟我說我的體態歪斜
有高低肩和骨盆前傾的問題,另外也有脊椎側彎
INBODY 測出來體之26%,我實際年齡27,身高160,體重55
左右腳阻抗差了11(似乎真的很歪斜)
因此推銷員叫我不要再練TRX或壺鈴,也不要再去慢跑
說這樣只會讓我的狀況更嚴重,所以要去健身房做重訓和飛輪
也因此讓我很心動,並放棄另一邊TRX的課程
只是我自己去健身房做重訓,若不了解該如何改善不是也沒有用嗎?
但我又不想買教練課,一堂真的貴得很誇張
銷售員說得天花亂墜,讓我很想簽一年的會員
也讓我開始後悔自己上一個月的TRX課似乎讓自己的狀況更糟?
像我這樣的狀況,如果想做有氧,只能騎腳踏車或飛輪嗎?
如果我平常想自己重訓改善高低肩的問題,有什麼姿勢或方式嗎?
如果有任和觀念錯誤的地方,請各位盡量鞭!!!
