小弟常常做完伏地挺身
隔天 肩窩連到胸部的那個地方 總是很酸痛 有時候還會持續好幾天
像做完仰臥起坐 可以海狗趴的動作伸展 以減緩症狀之發生
那伏地挺身完之後要做什麼樣的動作呢?
因為怕如果酸痛起來 隔天臨時要測驗 我就挫賽了...
另外想知道的是 若想要提升次數的話 除了常常練 還有注意什麼呢
50下...真的不是我目前手能負荷的呀>"<
