伏地挺身時的呼吸 - 健身

照常理來說,鍛鍊肌肉是用力時吐氣,放鬆時吸氣對吧?
所以做伏地挺身時應該下去的過程吸氣,上來的過程吐氣
其實我是看這個板才知道的,而且發現以前我都做顛倒了= =
但是我已經習慣了錯的方法,現在改過來反而會呼吸不順暢...做不了幾下
因此我想請教一下,是不是只要自己覺得順就可以,不必管什麼原不原理?
