小弟發現我做10下伏地挺身就氣喘吁吁了,而且手腕,手肘,還有肩膀會有喀喀聲作響
請問這是我姿勢錯誤嗎? 還是本身就是弱雞一隻 = =
拿重物都ok,但就是無法做伏地挺身,因為想說在家簡單練腹肌跟胸肌,從簡單下手卻失敗...
還是先提升手部肌耐力再練比較適合呢?
有沒有曾經是過來人可以教教我這個想減肥的肥宅...
