伏地挺身的運動傷害 - 健身

小弟最常作的健身運動算是伏地挺身
以前最多一次約50個
有時會覺得胸口悶悶的
但是趁著年輕力壯也不裡他繼續硬作
但是過了幾年比較少作
最近開始計畫每天再作
可是發現這兩年在作時(ing)胸口悶的狀況越來越嚴重
卻感覺不是肌肉酸痛
這樣的狀況是內傷嘛?
不知道大家有沒有這樣的經驗?
或是要怎麼樣處理治療呢?
