我參加健身房,請問要如何增加肌力、肌耐力、心肺 - 健身

我自己本身滿喜歡運動的
只是大多不是球類的運動
喜歡瑜珈 游泳 健身也不錯
如果真的要鍛鍊我會把重心放在肌力、肌耐力、心肺這些能力
同時我也希望肌肉不一定要練得很大
(基於有時候會穿一些西裝襯衫)
我現在每週會去健身房幾次
(除了在家做瑜珈、對游泳池的氯過敏很少去)
請問各位板友有什麼建議呢 謝謝^^
