是不是太胖也有影響?(原po 110kg)

這個裡面的下胸伏地挺身~就只有做這個動作就受不了了
第一組還可以做10下 休息兩分鐘後
第二組做6下,手就無法伸直完成動作(下去就沒上來了)
在休息2分鐘
第三組只能做4下...第五下就沒有辦法完成動作了(一樣下去就沒在上來了)
好灰心唷...(雖然從以前就是這樣了)
這是有可能的嗎? 還是因為我姿勢不正確
有看書上說,這已經是正常版伏地挺身的"減輕負擔法"
連這動作都做不好,我都不知道該怎麼做了

還是有板友跟我一樣的困擾~然後有順利解決的?
