各位大佬請批小力一點-.-
ㄧ開始想說要變壯前不能排斥胖
6個月當中有點餓就吃(油炸很少吃).健身完都有喝乳清
因為工作關係ㄧ周只能練5天
且健身的地方是有泳池附設的..器材不多
周ㄧ 胸+三頭
周二 大腿+小腿+腹
周三 背+二頭
週四 有氧+腹
周五 三角+斜方
大肌群 每組6-8下 8-10組
小肌群 每組8-10下 3-6組
FREE WAY 臥推沒人補 最重一組180磅 (簡單的臥推床)
滑輪下拉 最重一組 135磅
LEG PRESS 最重一組 280磅 (沒史密斯)
小弟身高182.但肩膀窄又斜.比例很難看.但是三角進步好慢阿!
最近因為工作關係.右手手腕韌帶有點發炎.醫生說半個月不重訓
加上9月底要拍婚紗..想說要該是開始要來減脂囉
讓體態好一點
現在的肚子真的有點肉 *.*
減脂完再來PO成果
提外話..
話說好想練的像RAINㄧ樣壯阿
