什麼是最好的上半身動作?
有人說pullup 有人說 dip 更多人說bench press
根據crossfit與Tyler Hass最好的上半身動作就是muscleup (上環?)
(No other movement can deliver the same upper body strength)
(supreme among exercises as fundamental as the pull-up, rope climb,
dips, push-ups, and even the almighty bench press.)
基本上他們認為比胸推還要好
