休息的重要性 - 減肥

我從開學開始減肥 前一個月沒來看板上文章
所以晚餐沒吃澱粉 後來被鄉民糾正後 接下來兩個月
體重掉的比較明顯 (104>>101.7>>95)
而我目前的運動是快走 一週五天 一次一小時 心跳135
這幾天 平常都利用六日休息 只去游慢泳 當暖身
只是最近感覺到身體非常疲憊 每天早上起床就覺得身體很重
我想請問的是 我是否要改變運動和休息的時間比
我的意思是 跑三天休一天 或是 跑兩天休一天等等
因為我假日都要回家 回到家裡又一堆飯局(正餐飯局 有控制攝取量)
所以只有五天在學校有機會運動
是否可以給我一些建議 感謝
