似乎遇到停滯期,該加重訓嗎? - 減肥

自從4/9發了減肥文來跟版娘求救之後,過了4個月上來報告成果
因為體重已經卡了快1個月沒動,疑似遇到停滯期
順便來請教大家如何突破
性別:女(男/女)
年齡:33
身高:161
日期 體重 體脂
4/11 89.4 48.5
8/14 79.6 41.5
第一次報告時量體脂是40,當時是在晚上量的,
後來改成早上量後就爆增為48.5,我也不知道為什麼差距會有這麼大....Orz
之後固定都在早上量
三餐內容
早餐:
1、全麥蔬菜鮪魚三明治(不塗醬)+微糖薏仁漿350g
2、漢堡加蛋夾蕃茄小黃瓜(不塗醬)+微糖薏仁漿350g
3、飯糰+蛋(不加油條肉鬆)+無糖豆漿400g
4、乾煎韭菜盒(老闆已煎好,購買時再乾煎加熱)+無糖豆漿400g
5、全麥蔬菜起士三明治+無糖豆漿400g
午餐:
1、越南原味(或咖哩)雞肉河粉,湯只喝1/3
2、口袋麵包,內塞美生菜、烤雞胸肉、莎莎醬+無糖熱紅茶
3、橄欖鮮蔬義大利麵+無糖熱紅茶
4、八方雲集田園蔬菜水餃10顆+無糖豆漿一杯
5、麥當勞板烤雞腿堡不加醬 + 生菜沙拉不加醬+熱紅茶
6、鍋燒冬粉不喝湯不加火鍋料,內含一大把青菜、3~4片梅花肉片、一隻蝦、2蛤蜊
晚餐:
1、越南原味(或咖哩)雞肉河粉,湯只喝1/3
2、鍋燒冬粉不喝湯不加火鍋料,內含一大把青菜、3~4片梅花肉片、一隻蝦、2蛤蜊
3、subway 6吋漢堡(不加醬)+蕃茄羅宋湯
4、上海涼拌手撕雞(http://t17.techbang.com.tw/topics/2154 )
我通常會再加購3樣蔬菜,但這樣一份有1kg重,一次吃不完,會分兩餐吃
5、爭鮮壽司5盤,大多點涼拌筍不加沙拉、黃金蛋不加沙拉、炙燒鮪魚、烤鰻魚、蝦手捲
6、自己做的便當,一碗五穀米+3樣菜,常做的菜有:
(1)炒4絲:豬肉絲+木耳絲+紅蘿蔔絲+竹筍絲,只靠煸肉出的油炒,不另外加油
(2)不加油乾煎鱈魚或紅鰱魚,一次吃半個手掌大
(3)芹菜炒豆乾,少油去炒
(4)鮮菇肉絲,杏鮑菇絲+鴻喜菇+鮮香菇+肉絲,只靠煸肉出的油炒,不另外加油
其他:(可免填)
1、偶而嘴饞時會抓一把沒調味的生烤核桃來吃,一週約吃2次
2、天氣太熱會喝寒天無糖綠茶,一個月約2次,除此之外只喝白開水,一天約3千CC
3、早點偶而會吃一杯130g無糖優格,午點偶而會吃一些水果(約拳頭大的份量)
但工作一忙常會略過,一週約各吃2~3次左右
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
八點起床,八點半吃早餐,1點吃中餐,7點吃晚餐,12點~1點睡
生活型態:上班族(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
X-Bike 1小時 + 15min鄭多蓮完美曲線操,心跳約125~135
以上運動做3休1,有時候上班太累會做2休1
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
1、想知道我這樣的飲食和運動習慣有沒有問題,是否還有改進之處?
2、其實前3個月減的還滿順利的,3個月下來瘦了10公斤,
但現在卻卡住了,停在79.6KG快一個月降不了
有考慮增加運動天數,但我運動3天後一定要休息一天,
勉強第四天做就會覺得身體無力了
想加入重訓項目,但之前看推文似乎曾說體脂27%以下再做才有效?
我現在體脂還很高,不知道是否適合加入重訓,
或者是還是先集中做有氧,先把體脂降下來再說呢?
想問問該如何調整才能再繼續瘦下去?
想請版娘和各位高手幫我解答一下,謝謝
