早餐:小全麥貝果(180cal)+無糖豆漿400cc(160cal)
午餐:燙青菜
下午點心:蘋果+水煮蛋一顆+無糖豆漿400cc
晚餐:水煮 變換各種蔬菜+瓜類+菇類+豆腐
吃素
每日精確計算熱量固定攝取1200cal~1250卡 蛋白質約30g
日常作息時間:
一天睡7小時
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
一周有氧1~2次(心跳120~130 40分鐘 )
重訓2次(40~50分 背部腹部腿部共5樣器材 一樣三組一組15~20下)
瑜珈一次
平常都會常散步或爬樓梯
我的問題:
之前主攻有氧一星期三次,
體重下降4公斤,體脂也下降到現在滿低的水準,
但是小腹一直不動如山,
現在改為增加重訓以及提高飲食蛋白比例的方式,
看看能否改善,
不曉得目前的方向對嗎?
還是局部減脂真的沒希望呢?
