低卡食物 吃多了也會胖

愈是標示低卡路里食物,往往容易造成心理上放鬆與不設防,誤以為多吃無礙減重與體重控制,無意間,反而吃下更多熱量。因此決心要減肥與控制體重的人,心裡面只能有設定的正餐,應該正確地吃正餐,完全除去零嘴和充分飽足的念頭,才不會意外吃下更多卡路里。
當體重控制及減重時,必須留意食物的份量與卡路里。即使是天然食材的卡路里也會因烹調或準備方式而改變!譬如磨碎或打汁,造成攝食容易;又像加湯或製湯,造成容易吸收,所以也不可以大意!
別以為低卡路里食物就是一個夢幻的飲食方式,唯有認明食品的營養成份,選擇對自己健康有利的飲食方式,才能維持體重與健康。 (作者為基隆市康合診所醫師)
