體重不減反增 - 美體

我26歲 體重58-59 身高161
基礎代謝是1400-1500左右
請問如果我要減重 是不是應該吃到1500 然後養成每天做運動的習慣?
因為最近我只吃早餐跟中餐 晚餐都吃很少 然後做大量運動(跑步一小時)
結果我從一開始正常吃的58公斤變成現在的59公斤
很挫折...而且這還是發生在月經來後的事(原本想利用經期後減肥法的!!)
沒想到...
這樣的效果反而沒有每天正常吃 又輕度運動來得好
到底該怎麼減才適合我咧?!
