低背槓手肘關節不適、疼痛 +討鞭 - 健身

小弟沒有人權可以附...非常弱!
不過健身要狠要猛,要追求進步!

前因:
小弟進入低背槓生活約一年,之前都是高背。
因活動度問題一直都有在拉伸「胸肌」和肩膀「旋轉肌」(不對請糾正),並且以「虛握
」的方式來操作。

ps.小弟覺得不是臥推的關係,因為在進入低背槓前後皆是保持一樣的動作,覺得和這個
沒有太大的關係(如有請鞭策我...嗯...喔...<3)
接下來重量越往上,手肘有些緊繃,不到不舒服,以為是正常。
但近日有點受不了,到了疼痛的狀況。 看了復健科照超音波說是關節受傷,不是肌腱出
問題。 (僅左手有問題,右手不會不適)
