低血壓有點嚴重 - 健身

小妹我164公分 52公斤
體脂16.8
本來血壓就不高 最高大概 9X,5X這樣
低血壓問題一直很忽略他
我幾乎每天都有在運動,
飲食還算正常,一天一顆蛋然後滿愛吃肉的
不過最近可能因為在減重吃的比較少
不曉得是不是因為這樣
前天血壓82,40
昨天量血壓降到81,34
有點嚇到了
我上網查了提高血壓的方法有吃胖一點吃鹹一點
還有多做下肢運動(我保證我已經做的非常多QQ)
可是我必須減重不可能吃胖
而且因為減重飲食頗清淡(三餐吐司+牛奶or蛋還有一點水果)
請問
各位大大有甚麼方法提高血壓呢??
