這個還挺有意思的...
小弟在入伍前 大概是 78kg...
入伍前 好像吃了好幾攤送行的
然後就進去新訓 應該是 金六結
然後三千 印象中 只跑一次
刺槍跟手榴彈投擲 上比較多次
基本教練跟單戰也挺多的
伙食就別提了 我想 豬看到也會流淚
記得新訓完 量體重 ......63kg
新訓大概五周 有五天可以回家 所以應該是30天
平均一天少500g...?
那時候的身材 大概是我這輩子最精美的.....
