基本上 就是吃飽飽
飲食完全戒糖 醣類食物(偶爾會吃一點粗糙澱粉)
像是地瓜 黑米~
每餐吃足夠的蛋白質 和蔬菜

其實沒什麼訣竅
對於食物也不怎麼渴望 所以不會有忍耐的感覺
有可能是身心科藥物的副作用導致
但是三餐一定吃 已經瘦了五公斤~
