低醣飲食法 - 減肥

一般來說每日醣類攝取100g以下叫低醣飲食,要生酮得壓低到50g,甚至30g。所以低醣不必然生酮。
1)糖尿病患會酮酸中毒是因爲體內生酮反應無法停止,才使酮體無限制增加。一般人當體內各細胞能取得所需能量後即會停止生酮反應。
2)高蛋白、高脂肪飲食不過只的是熱量來源,並沒限制不能吃葉菜。
3)任何減肥法只要回復之前飲食都有可能復胖,關鍵在你願不願意持續,低醣飲食只要你願意,你可以吃一輩子。
低醣飲食特點
1)糖質新生作用,人體紅血球只能靠葡萄糖供應能量,當從食物攝取低時,人體肝臟會開使自行合成。不過在轉換中須耗大量能量,無形之中抵消你吃進的熱量。
2)低醣可以使身體更加使用脂肪當熱量來源,不管是吃進的或囤積的。
3)一旦醣類壓低到產生酮體,酮體只有使用或排出兩條路,並不會再轉回脂肪儲存。
3)低醣飲食伴隨低胰島素分泌,胰島素促進脂肪形成,這應該大家都知道。

: 低醣飲食是靠著身體水分流失而減體重,只能短期實行。還有以下副作用:
: 1)過多酮體產生,會造成水分、鈉、鉀等離子也容易流失。酮體大量出現體內,對有糖尿
: 病的減肥病人健康不利,使血液pH值降低,有生命危險。
: 2)高蛋白、高脂肪飲食容易趨向低膳食纖維,容易讓減肥的人便秘。
: 3)低醣減肥法復胖的機會大,因為沒有養成正確的飲食與運動行為。
: 由此看來,低醣飲食對健康不利。減肥不應該只看減重效果,必須同時考慮對健康的
: 影響。因此營養學教科書等學術性書籍都沒有建議這種減肥法。
: 低醣飲食限制的含醣類食物很多,例如米飯、麵包、糖、甜點完全去除。其他例如饅
