住宿學生要減肥三餐該怎麼吃呢? - 美體

原PO目前是住宿生 趁離開家的日子來好好減肥= =
目前的運動方案是傍晚五點會去運動
走操場跟慢跑不然就是去健身房騎腳踏車跟快走加慢跑(跑步機)
每項運動都要三十分鐘以上
但有個問題
就是我不知道該怎麼吃
我的體重是74~75kg之間 身高164cm BMI是26.5(準備迎接肥胖...)
(之前寒假打工有瘦到72kg現在完全胖回來了....><)
我的學校偏山區 所以校門口賣食物的店家只有幾間而已
早餐店 賣滷味的 麵店而已
學校的商店是 便當 自助餐 早餐店 便利商店 滷味
我早餐中餐 晚餐 該怎麼吃呢?
我早餐基本是早餐店的套餐
(A方案)吃原味蛋餅加一小塊蘿蔔糕加紅茶
(B方案)法國吐司加培根加奶酪(裡面還有黃瓜)加紅茶
中餐可能是泡麵或是滷味(滷味都是夾麵跟高麗菜)
晚餐是運動玩吃也是同上滷味(麵跟高麗菜)加十元綠茶
我這樣吃可行嗎= ='
我沒有安排下午茶時間耶是不是也要安排一下??
請各位指教一下!!! 或給點意見及建議^^"
