1. 我幾乎一天都會做好幾個小時 (大概超過八吧)
假日的時候更是從早上到晚上都在電腦前
現在被人家說上半身和下半身根本差很多
(單是大腿上半身表面積=4~6之手臂)
現在很想瘦下半身 ,
1. 墊腳尖夾屁股
2. 椅子坐3分之1
這兩個能夠將屁股變大的速率減緩嘛@@ ?
2. 至於減肥方面
上網爬了運動方面很多文
發現自己能夠做到的實在有限
之後看到了一篇文是說跳繩也算有氧運動
如果一周跳繩6天,1次半小時
加上游泳1天, 瘦的下來嘛?
游泳的話用快走 因為不會游(汗)
請問這樣子能夠瘦下半身嘛?
(目前160公分 , 44公斤)
